When the holidays roll around, what better way to embrace the Christmas spirit than by enjoying a holiday horse and carriage ride in New York City? Top Hat NY Horse and Carriage offers Christmas Central Park tours that will make you feel like you’re in your favorite Christmas movie.
Read on to learn about our holiday Central Park tours, and how you’ll experience the majesty of a New York City winter as you take a ride in one of our carriages.
Note: Due to high demand, prices will increase during the holiday season from November 20 to January 8.
Holiday Park Ride with Photo Stop
The Holiday Park Ride with one photo stop features a tour through Central Park with magnificent views of the architecture of Bethesda Terrace and Fountain, Cherry Hill, and much more. The horse and carriage ride also provides one photo stop so you can document your amazing experience.
While enjoying the lights, snow, and scenery, make the ride your own by including champagne or flowers to enhance the experience. We also provide a blanket to keep you warm while admiring Central Park in the winter.
This ride lasts around 40-45 minutes and can accommodate 4 adults, 3 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age, or 2 adults and 4 children under 12 years of age. We begin this holiday horse and carriage ride in late November and run it until early January.
Holiday Lights Ride
Another ride you can’t miss is our Holiday Lights Ride. Our horses will take you right to Rockefeller Center along Fifth Avenue where you will see Saks Fifth Avenue windows, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Rockefeller Christmas tree and holiday lights. Please note, due to heavy traffic, street closures and pedestrian congestion our carriages will not be able to approach the tree up close. You will get a chance to see the tree in the carriage from Fifth Avenue. These breathtaking lights will leave you appreciating the spark of joy that Christmas makes in the world.
Please note, carriages are not allowed to stop on the way or at Rockefeller Center for photos. Passengers cannot get off the carriage during this route. We are happy to take photos at the very beginning or end of the ride so you can document the fun.
Like with our other rides, we can include flowers and champagne on your trip, and, of course, add a blanket to keep you cozy. This ride also lasts 40-45 minutes and can accommodate 4 adults, 3 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age, or 2 adults and 4 children under 12 years of age.
Our horses begin these tours in early December and stop in early January, so book your New York City holiday horse and carriage ride today!
